Build your strength, shape and stamina with our group exercise sessions. Each session builds a specific area of your fitness, focusing on progression to keep challenging the body.

Tidal Fitness group exercise sessions include all the gym equipment so a New Member Intro must be attended before joining, to ensure you are comfortable with the equipment.

You also benefit from free check-ins with a coach every 2 months and accountability calls if you miss sessions, to help keep you on track.
