When is Tidal Fitness open?

As a new, one man band business, Tidal is open for pre-booked appointments and classes only, between 6am and 8pm. This also means sessions can be flexible around your availability.

Classes are run by Amy:

  • Monday 6pm and 7pm

  • Tuesday 7am

  • Wednesday 6pm

  • Thursday 7am and Yoga 6pm

What is the difference between Classes and Personal Training?

  • Classes run for up to 8 members per session. Everyone follows the same workout with support from the coach throughout to ensure safe exercise.

  • Personal Training is for 1 to 4 members per session. Each member has their own workout plan that they follow in each session which is specific to their needs, goals and limitations.

How much does it cost?

Pricing options are based on how many sessions you want each week. For 1 x a week the prices are:

  • Classes £30 per month

  • Group Personal Training £80 per 4 weeks

  • Pairs Personal Training £120 per 4 weeks

  • 1-2-1 Personal Training £160 per 4 weeks

  • Yoga £8 per class for members (£10 non members)

I haven’t exercised for years, will I be able to do the workouts?

Yes!

Tidal Fitness exists for you. 99% of new members tell me they haven’t worked out for years, that’s okay and I’m here to help.

Classes and Personal Training are focused on starting where YOU are and gradually progressing week on week.

You will be amazed how your body adjusts.

If you are nervous to start don’t worry, that’s what the free induction is for, to get you familiar with the exercises before joining a group.
